Welcome to HYPHEN - TECHNOLOGIES. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://www.hyphen-technologies.in (“Website”) and our software development, web design, and related digital services (“Services”).

1. Scope of Services

HYPHEN - TECHNOLOGIES provides professional services including website design & development, e-commerce platforms, mobile app development, SEO, UI/UX design, branding, hosting, and maintenance. The specific scope, cost, and timeline will be defined in a formal proposal or contract agreed by both parties.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to provide accurate project details, content, images, and approvals within the agreed schedule. Delays in client inputs may extend delivery timelines.

3. Payment Terms

All payments must be made as per milestones defined in the proposal. Initial advance payments are non-refundable.
Hyphen Technology Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to pause or terminate work for delayed or incomplete payments.

4. Confidentiality & NDA

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business data, credentials, or proprietary project materials. Any shared data will not be disclosed without prior written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, source codes, and creative works remain the property of Hyphen Technology Pvt. Ltd. until full payment is made. Upon full settlement, ownership transfers to the client unless otherwise specified in writing. The company retains rights to showcase the project in its portfolio.

6. Revisions & Support

Minor changes and bug fixes within 7–14 days of project delivery are included. New features or major redesigns will be charged separately. Long-term support and maintenance plans can be availed as add-on services.

7. Third-Party Services

Hyphen Technology may integrate third-party services (like hosting, analytics, APIs, or payment gateways). The company is not responsible for their policies, downtime, or future costs.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or revenue. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the project.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement in writing if the other party breaches the terms. Upon termination, all completed work and outstanding invoices must be settled immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
