Welcome to HYPHEN - TECHNOLOGIES. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and services.

1. Scope of Services

We provide website design, mobile app development, e-commerce, SEO, UI/UX, hosting and related services. Scope and timelines will be mentioned in the official proposal.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must share accurate details, provide approvals on time, and submit required materials promptly. Delay in client input will affect delivery timelines.

3. Payment Terms

Payments must follow the milestones provided in the proposal. Advance payments are non-refundable. Work may be paused for late payments.

4. Confidentiality & NDA

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business data. NDA policies apply to employees, contractors, interns involved in the project.

5. Intellectual Property

All project assets remain property of Hyphen Technologies until full payment. After settlement, ownership is transferred to the client unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to display the work in our portfolio.

6. Intern & Contractor Policy

Interns and contractors follow strict NDA rules. All work they produce belongs to Hyphen Technologies.

7. Revisions & Support

Minor revisions within 7–14 days of delivery are included. Major redesigns or new features will be charged extra.

8. Third-Party Services

Integrations with hosting, analytics, and APIs are subject to third-party downtime and policy changes. We are not responsible for external issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the project amount paid by the client.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement upon breach. Upon termination, all pending payments must be cleared immediately.
